Gatson Prunier

Gatson Prunier was an artist originally from Le Havre, a port city where the Seine meets the English Channel, which fostered a lifelong fascination in his work with the effects of light on water and the commercial activity along the river. His body of work, including watercolor and mixed media pieces often signed in the lower right, frequently captures scenic river views with features such as distant bridges and boats docked along the banks.
